How do I place an order?
Pick your balls, add to cart, check out. You'll get a confirmation email instantly. Easy as a tap-in.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We move fast. Email us immediately at hello@baddayballs.co and we'll do everything we can. No promises - but we'll try.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
- Standard: 3-5 business days - $5.99
- Express: 1-3 business days - $12.99
- Free shipping on orders over $50 (hint: the 2-dozen pack qualifies)
When will my order ship?
Within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders ship the next business day. Bad days don't take weekends off but our shipping team does.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Give it 24 hours to update before you panic.

What kind of ball is The Mulligan?
A 2-piece, mid compression (70-ish) golf ball built for everyday golfers. Soft feel, forgiving flight, and easy on the wallet when it ends up in the water. Which it will.
What swing speed is this ball for?
Built for recreational golfers swinging under 90 mph. If you're not on tour - and you're not - this ball was made for you.
How many balls come in a pack?
12 balls per box. One dozen. Enough for a full round plus a few bad holes.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days. Unused and in original packaging. Email hello@baddayballs.co to get started. We don't make returns painful - bad days are already painful enough.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@baddayballs.co immediately with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right fast. No runaround.
