We know you want your balls fast. Here's how we make that happen.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard: 3-5 business days - $5.99
- Express: 1-3 business days - $12.99
- Free shipping on orders over $50 (hint: the 2-dozen pack qualifies)
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update before you panic.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bad Day Balls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. If this happens contact your local carrier first. If you still need help reach out to us at hello@baddayballs.co and we'll do our best to make it right.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged contact us immediately at hello@baddayballs.co with a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out fast.
