Bad days happen. Bad orders shouldn't. If something's not right we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Unopened sleeve
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return contact us at hello@baddayballs.co. Once your return is accepted we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at hello@baddayballs.co and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened sleeves of golf balls cannot be returned unless the product is defective. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Exchanges
Want a different product? Return your original order first. Once accepted place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. If approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval contact us at hello@baddayballs.co.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
